Refund Policy

Overview of the Money-Back Guarantee

Our refund policy lasts 30 days for 6-month licenses and 90 days for 1-year licenses. If those mentioned days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.

You can request a refund for any reason within those days.

To be eligible for a refund, your order must be paid through our website payment gateways, and with a transparent coin/token (NOT privacy-preserving ones). We refund only to the wallet address that made payment for the order.

You can use the money-back guarantee only once. So if you refunded an order and then purchased any other licenses, all the latter orders are not eligible for refunds.

Refunding Process

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request was submitted within the money-back guarantee duration, it will be approved without any condition or prerequisite. After the approval, your refund will be processed, and the notional (USD) amount you paid will be transferred to the wallet address that you paid your order with, within 7 working days.

Then we will notify you with the transaction id of the refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check the block explorer with the provided transaction id.

If you see the transaction is confirmed but not received in your wallet, contact the wallet support team.


Any gift or free items which you don’t pay for them directly are not eligible for refunds.
